Supportive Counseling I recognize that not everyone with emotional challenges needs highly specialized therapy. Some of us just need that supportive, nonjudgmental presence to bear witness to our pain and struggles and to offer support with our immediate concerns. If this describes you, I can help. Healing Arts Therapy Healing arts involve the art of creating a harmony between the mind, the body and the spirit. These are creative practices that promote healing and wellness. I use healing art forms, such as African drumming, dance/movement, music, meditation, and poetry as complements to traditional talk therapy.
